The Bozhong 34-9CEPA jacket is an 8-leg floating support jacket with a total weight of 2472 tons. It is equipped with 8 2438mm main piles (divided into 2 sections), 4 1219mm auxiliary piles (divided into 2 sections), 8 914mm waterproof sleeves (divided into 2 sections), and 32 610mm waterproof sleeves (divided into 2 sections).
On the afternoon of September 27, 2018 at 17:00, as the jacket slowly entered the mud, the Bozhong 34-9CEPA jacket was successfully installed in place. The Huaxi Offshore Engineering team has once again received unanimous praise and recognition from the owner and the project team of CNOOC Installation Company.
