At 11 o'clock on September 12, with the final hammer of the largest domestic MENCK3500 hydraulic hammer, the 100th large-diameter single pile constructed by Huaxi 5000 in the South China Sea was successfully settled in place. It marks an important node moment for Huaxi 5000 in the field of wind power construction in the South China Sea, and it is an incentive to the entire team, which lays a more solid foundation for follow-up work like a pile on the sea.

Looking back on the past, Huaxi 5000 has been installing large-scale structural components in China’s Bohai Sea and East China Sea. The strategic development of the company officially entered the field of offshore wind power mono-pile foundation construction in May 2019, and the first stop it reached was called the domestic sea state. The Pingtan sea area with the worst and worst environmental conditions was used for the construction of single piles. As the first entry into the South China Sea, Huaxi 5000 fulfilled its mission and used the single hook construction technology for the construction of single piles for the first time and achieved complete success. Fired the first shot of Huaxi 5000 entering the wind power field.

All the way south, Huaxi 5000 arrived in the Yangjiang waters of Guangdong in June, and the self-designed stabilizing platform has also arrived, just waiting for Huaxi 5000 to flex its muscles. Mooring, hanging buckle, hoisting, turning over, and unbuckling were all done in one go. The self-designed stabilizing platform turned over smoothly, and Huaxi 5000 dangled such a behemoth to the stand.

The water depth of Yangjiang waters is nearly 30 meters, and the corresponding single pile is the longest and heaviest in China. In the past, two large floating cranes were used for lifting. Can Huaxi 5000 successfully lift such a single pile with a single ship? , Huaxi 5000 team integrates past experience and conducts data simulations time and time again. A series of command commands such as "main hook, turn right, cable wind close" were issued. At that time, the heaviest and longest monopile in the country was slowly hoisted. There was applause at the scene. Huaxi 5000 once again created another one. The miracle has set an example for the large-diameter single-pile construction and single-ship operation in the South China Sea, saving the cost and resources of a large floating crane for the owner's general contractor. The single pile is 108 meters long and weighs more than 1,800 tons. The construction records of single pile foundations in the wind power industry were broken by Huaxi 5000 one by one.

Entering 2020 is a critical period in the nation's fight against the epidemic. On the one hand, the Huaxi 5000 ship and project team must face the test of epidemic prevention and control, and on the other hand, they must withstand the huge pressure of resuming work and production. Various measures such as personnel diversion, dining diversion, and daily body temperature monitoring have been adopted to ensure the safe and efficient progress of the project. The Huaxi 5000 team also summarized the experience, optimized the construction process step by step, optimized to any detail, did not waste any good weather window on the sea, and achieved 6 piles in 8 days, three in a row There are more than 13 piles in the month, and 15 piles in a single month, one after another in the South China Sea wind power mono-pile foundation construction field. While creating so many functions, the safety quality is strictly controlled, and the safety is zero accident. The verticality of a single pile has never exceeded the industry's required 3‰, and even more than 70% less than 1‰. Has been affirmed by the owner and the general contractor.

In 16 months, Huaxi 5000 successfully completed the construction of 100 large-diameter single-pile foundations in the South China Sea. This year, under the influence of the epidemic, it has created 78 roots in 9 months. It is an important historic moment for Huaxi 5000, but the whole team is not arrogant or impetuous, just like Huaxi 5000 is firmly stationed in the sea, continue to struggle for China's offshore wind power industry and welcome the arrival of the next 100!
